Highly recommended is a hike to the Gogles Alm, which starts below the Kaunergrat Nature Park House. However, it is also possible to start the tour at the fish pond in Piller. From the Alm, you enjoy an impressive panorama into the Kaunertal, the Pitztal or Upper Inn Valley, and the view opens up to the Verwall Group, the Samnaun Group or the Ötztal Alps.

The valley trail runs from Mittelberg to Wiese and is a total of 21 kilometers long. While hiking, one can enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of the snow-covered meadows and trees, which provide a true winter experience. Access to the hiking trail is possible in every hamlet, so you can put together your walking time individually.
Harber round in the Kaunergrat Nature Park
One can also breathe freely on the so-called Harber round, which starts right at the parking lot of the Nature Park House. From the Gacher Blick viewpoint, you also enjoy a fantastic view into the Upper Inn Valley.
Hike to the Meditation Chapel
Hiking is in itself very contemplative, a double spiritual recovery is experienced when walking to the Meditation Chapel on Plattenrain. From there, visitors are offered a spectacular view over the Inn Valley, therefore Plattenrain is often referred to as the "Pulpit of the Oberland".
Around the Rifflsee
With the mountain railway, you can get to the mountain station of the Rifflsee railway, where the winter hike to the Rifflsee starts, which can then be admired from various perspectives.
On the way on the Zirbenweg
The Zirbenweg is a 700-meter-long winter hiking route that starts at the Hochzeiger middle station. From there you can also hike to the Hochzeiger House or to the Stalderhütte.

From the Stillebach stop, you reach a prepared winter hiking trail over two bridges, which leads through Stillebach to a picturesque lake or to numerous waterfalls, on which ice climbers
